Trellows to sponsor online counselling service

We are proud to be sponsoring an online counselling service, set up to offer counselling to those in need. Unlike mainstream counselling, with waiting times of months, fees that are unaffordable to most people and the anxiety of discussing your most intimate thoughts and feelings in a strange office, Ecounselling will be offered online, with professionals conducting consultations by video call at times not offered until now.

Clients will be able to book consultations in the evening, weekends and bank holidays, eliminating the need to make time for their appointments. With a team of twelve professionals, with more waiting to join, this is a truly revolutionary service to the growing number of people who are suffering emotional trauma.

Our team are all passionate about helping those in need of assistance with their journey towards harmonious and peaceful existence, helping them to progress and offering support even if their journey may be impeded by the complexities of life.

We fervently believe that with suitable and effective guidance, we are able to offer positive direction and thereby assisting them to improve their state of mind and improve their ability to live a happy, fulfilled and prosperous life.

These are just a few of the issues that Ecounselling can help with:

Bereavment

Our Bereavement Counsellors are professionals who provide therapy to clients grieving the death of loved ones and other personal losses. Their role is to support clients through the stages of grief and help them resume their lives.

Emotional Crisis

Emotional crisis (mental crisis) is a natural element of life and can be described as “temporary, periodic disturbance of mental balance caused by a threat associated with the meaning of life, important values, in confrontation with important life problems.

Alcoholism

Alcohol counselling is one measure in treating alcoholism. A counsellor will be equipped to offer guidance and support along your journey to an alcohol-free life. Once you’re able to get to the bottom of these emotions, you can then begin the process of figuring out what your triggers are.

Depression

Depression is a condition that can creep up on anyone, it could be as a result of life events, but it can also be idiopathic, sometimes those suffering are not even aware why the most simple of tasks have become so difficult and often, don’t know where to turn for help.

Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe. Everyone has feelings of anxiety at some point in their life. For example, you may feel worried and anxious about sitting an exam, or having a medical test or job interview.

Abuse

We define domestic abuse as an incident or pattern of incidents of controlling, coercive, threatening, degrading and violent behaviour, including sexual violence, in the majority of cases by a partner or ex-partner, but also by a family member or carer. It is very common.

With the difficulty in accessing care post-Covid, there is a growing number of people who desperately need help, but are unable to access it, Ecounselling is determined to change that. IN certain circumstances, there is assistance available with the fees, which are very reasonable for a professional service.
