Do not suffer in silence this winter

Following the cut in the winter fuel allowance to pensioners, this winter is going to be a dangerous time for those who are vulnerable, as the vast majority of pensioners by far, struggle to afford the rapidly rising energy costs.

If you know anyone who is vulnerable, be they a member of family, a friend or a neighbour, please keep an eye on them this winter and look out for announcements by your local council about ‘warm spaces’ and encourage them to attend.
